These terms cover your use of the website. They are not the terms of any paid voice-over work. If you engage me for a project, that work is governed separately by my Voice-Over Service Terms and the specific quote I send you.

Voice samples and recordings
The voice samples on this site are provided for evaluation only — so you can assess my voice and decide whether to work with me.
You may not download, copy, broadcast, publish, or use any voice sample or recording in any production or project, paid or unpaid, without a licence from me. My voice, and any likeness of it, is protected — including my personality and publicity rights — and listening to a sample grants you no right to use it.
AI, voice cloning, and automated data mining
This is important to me, so I am setting it out plainly. You may not, under any circumstances:
- use any audio, voice sample, or recording on this site to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model;
- use any such audio to clone, synthesise, or recreate my voice, or to generate a derivative or imitation voice;
- carry out text and data mining, scraping, or automated extraction of the site’s content for these or similar purposes.
These restrictions apply to people, organisations, bots, and AI agents alike. No part of this site, and no licence I grant, ever permits the use of my voice to build or feed an AI voice model.
Permitted use
You are welcome to browse the site, listen to the samples to evaluate my work, read the articles, and contact me for genuine business enquiries.
You may not scrape the site, access it through automated means, probe or test its security, or reuse any of its content for commercial purposes.

If a dispute arises, I would ask that we first try to resolve it in good faith through direct discussion. If that does not work, the matter will be referred to the courts in Chennai.
Governing law
