Corporate & explainer voice over that earns trust.

A credible, conversational neutral Indian-English voice for brand films, explainers, product demos and internal comms — the kind of read that lends authority to your message instead of shouting over it.

Why the voice matters

Your brand, out loud.

For the length of a film, the voice <em>is</em> your company. Get it right and your audience leans in; get it wrong and a polished video quietly undermines the very credibility it was made to build.

I came to voice work from years of producing video and advertising, so I read a corporate script as a communicator, not a reciter — landing the emphasis where the meaning is, and keeping the tone human. No bombast, no hard-sell. Just an honest, engaging read that makes your organisation sound exactly as considered as it is.

What I voice for business

Brand & corporate films

The narration behind your company story, culture film, or anniversary piece — credible, warm, and never overblown.

Explainer videos

Product and concept explainers paced so the idea lands the first time, with the voice timed to the on-screen motion.

Product demos & launches

Feature walkthroughs and launch films that sound confident without slipping into hard-sell.

Internal comms & training

Onboarding, town-hall recaps, and process videos that employees will actually watch to the end.

Investor & AGM presentations

Measured, authoritative delivery for results videos, annual reports, and stakeholder updates.

Trade-show & event loops

Booth reels, kiosk loops, and venue messaging built to hold up on repeat without grating.

Why teams choose me for it

Producer’s ear

I read the brief you meant

Years in video production and advertising before voice work mean I interpret creative direction without a dozen rounds of notes — and flag a line that won’t time to picture before it becomes your problem.

Tone

Authoritative, not announcer-y

A personal, conversational read that lends credibility to a brand, rather than the bombastic “movie-trailer” voice that makes corporate film sound like a parody of itself.

Neutral accent

Built for global stakeholders

A neutral Indian-English accent that boards, partners, and employees worldwide follow effortlessly — ideal for multinationals and India-headquartered firms speaking outward.

Reliable delivery

On spec, on time

Broadcast-grade WAV mastered to a clean −3 dBFS, 24–48 hour turnaround, and a consistent voice across a whole library of videos produced over months.

From script to final cut, simply.

Send the script

Share the script or storyboard, the runtime or word count, and any pronunciation notes for brand and product names.

New to commissioning voice work? My short guide to writing a brief covers exactly what I need to quote accurately and record it right the first time.

How pricing works

Two ways I price it.

For shorter pieces — most explainers, product demos, and single films — I price by the total word count. For more comprehensive work — a series of videos or a long-form programme — I price by the finished hour of audio.

Usage matters too: an internal training film and a paid advertising spot are different products, even at the same length. Rather than post numbers that can’t account for that, tell me the word count or runtime and how the video will be used, and I’ll come back with a clear, no-obligation quote.

FAQ

Corporate voice over, answered

How do you price corporate and explainer voice over?
Shorter pieces — most explainers, product demos, and single videos — are priced by the total word count. Larger or ongoing work, such as a full series of films or a long programme, is priced by the finished hour of audio. Usage also matters: an internal training video and a paid advertising film are different products. Tell me the word count or runtime and how the video will be used, and I will come back with a clear quote.
Can you keep one consistent voice across many videos?
Yes — and it is one of the main reasons companies keep coming back. I keep detailed session notes on tone, levels, and pace, so a library of films produced across months sounds like one coherent brand voice rather than a patchwork.
Will your accent suit an international audience?
That is exactly what a neutral Indian-English accent is for. It is clearly Indian but carries little regional colour, so boards, partners, and employees across the US, UK, Europe, and Asia follow it without friction — useful for both multinationals and Indian firms presenting outward.
Can you time the read to on-screen visuals?
Yes. Send the picture or a timing guide and I will pace the read to match. My background in video production means I think in terms of edits and on-screen motion, not just words on a page.
What is your turnaround?
Most corporate and explainer scripts are delivered within 24 to 48 hours on working days. If you are working to a launch or event date, tell me early and I will build the schedule around it.
